Oh, I've got a new one. Or two.
Have an asshole, someone who will hit you in the back of the head if you start getting too far off track. Admittedly, an ideal team would be pumped and aware enough to stay on task, but that doesn't really happen, so having some method of keeping all the team consistantly focused could be worth well over 400 points when all is said and done.
Put away your video games and other shiny distractions. Nothing pissed me off more than coming home from a check-in and finding two of my teammates playing the original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, and we lost credit for all of our know-its.

I don't actually think you lost credit for ALL you know its. I know I scored a lot of them before getting suspicious, and I'm sure I didn't go back and take away the ones I already wrote down. So maybe you got credit for like a quarter of them?

Here's a good tip for teams:
If one of your team members is just a dick, you should probably keep them on a short leash (I would give bonus points if you did so literally.)
